Drivers For Msi Laptop

Just purchased the above device from MSI. The device LED lights up and windows XP (SP2) detects the new device.

When I attempted to use the installation CD (drivers 4.1.16.26) and installation completed. A taskbar balloon came saying that your new hardware might not work properly. After that i attempted to manually install it, using the windows new hardware prompt and i selected the CD as a source and then chose the.inf driver labelled with winXP. This gave me a windows logo testing error which basically stated that the driver was not digitally signed by microsoft. I selected 'continue anyway' and the same taskbar balloon came up as mentioned above. PLease HELP!!
